IDAC’s Mission Statement:
The Institute of Development, Aging and Cancer (IDAC) elucidates the basic mechanisms of aging, from the birth of life to development, maturation, aging and death.
By applying the research results, we are developing cutting-edge prevention, diagnosis, treatment methods and innovative medical devices with the aim of overcoming age-related brain and neurological diseases such as dementia and intractable cancer. Furthermore, as a core research center in aging medicine, we conduct leading international collaborative research to become a world-leading research center.
