 当分野は人間らしい精神と行動を実現する脳の仕組みを、脳機能計測と生理・行動計測を駆使して明らかにします。基礎から応用まで、人間性に関わるあらゆる学問領域をつなぐ「ハブhub」となる脳科学を目指します。これを通じて、人間らしい生き方、老い方、社会のあり方を脳科学的に提言し、超高齢社会におけるスマート・エイジングの技術開発を目指します。
