Abstract DC plays important roles in both innate and adaptive immune system, but the regulation is very complicated and still remains unclear. There are two ITAM-bearing adapters (DAP12 and FcRg) in DCs and macrophages in human and mice. We have reported that ITAM signaling negatively regulates DC and macrophage functions in TLR responses. Here, I would like to introduce about this story in this seminar. Furthermore, we recently found the new mechanism of DC regulation via microRNA downstream of ITAM signaling. I also would like to introduce about this topic in this seminar.
