We are interested in behaviors of individual cells during development.
Two different cell lineages, neural and blood vessel cells form systemic networks in stereo typed manners, whose mechanism of development is still unclear. Recent reports from us and other researchers have demonstrated both lineages share molecules that regulate cellular behaviors as well as patterns of networks. Our goal is to understand baisic principles of developmental process, which can be applied for tissue regeneration and/or restoration of functions.
