At Sendai Station bus stop No. 25 board the Sendai city bus No. 899: Shiheimachi -> Kitayama-jyunkan (about 20 minutes) and disembark near IDAC at the stop labeled Daigaku-byoin-mae, then walk 5 minutes.The buses run every 20 minutes.

Sendai City Subway (to Izumi-chuo)
Get on the train bound for Izumi-chuo Station, ride for 4 minutes to Kita-yobancho Subway Station, then walk for 15 minutes after exiting the station.Trains operate at 3 to 13 minute intervals
